CEC assists public and private clients in managing water resources to improve water quality and address regulatory challenges. The firm is committed to teaming with clients and regulators to develop implementable solutions that conserve and enhance our natural resources. We have completed numerous planning and design projects involving water storage and distribution systems.

This project consists of the design of a 60” water transmission line which involves surveying, feasibility study, utility coordination, preliminary design, and final plan production.  The purpose for this water main, which will eventually encircle the City of Laredo, will be to serve as the main trunk line to which
