CEC has a team of Registered Professional Land Surveyors directing survey crews complete with modern field equipment in Texas. These crews are routinely dispatched across the State of Texas providing Surveying services which include topography, boundary, Oil and Gas related surveys, ALTA/ACSM, Right of Way and easement surveys, as-built surveys and construction staking.

CEC understands the connection between surveying and engineering to provide precise and reliable data.
 
CEC performs surveys for design of commercial sites and agency infrastructure to include building sites, waterlines, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, utility design, parking lots, contour maps and easement acquisition.

CEC was selected as a subconsultant to provide professional land surveying services for the Competitive Renewable Energy Zone (CREZ).  The transmission project, which is for a double circuit 345 KV transmission, will originate from a location approximately 6.5 miles northeast of the City of Stamford and terminate at a proposed Oncor Electric Delivery

CEC was selected by Noble Environmental Power to provide professional land surveying services for the 15,000 acre Great Plains Windpark in Hansford County, Texas. CEC provided ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys in accordance with the 2005 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements. Datum was provided in U.S. Survey Feet (Grid), NAD83, and NAVD88

CEC was selected by Paloma Resources, LLC to provide surveying to support their oilfield operations in thirty five locations across South Texas. These services included boundary surveying, lease maps, permanent and temporary construction easements, facility surveys, well site plats, as-drilled surveys, and pipeline as-built surveys.

CEC performed topographic site survey and provided map and data of Paso Corvinas and adjacent highway bordering Refuge boundary at the Bahia Grande on the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge near Port Isabel, Texas.
