Design Build

CEC provides optimum project delivery solutions and works with clients to determine the delivery strategy that meets the project-specific needs. Alternative project delivery methods allow for a more collaborative approach between owner, designer and builder to provide a finished product in an efficient and cost effective way.

There has been an increased use of the D/B alternative for project delivery and CEC has performed the engineering and design aspects of D/B for various projects over the last several years. CEC has found that thoughtful application of the D/B process can lead to successful project completion for all members of the Design/Build Team.
