For over 25 years, CEC has understood the importance of educating our youth and are committed to designing facilities which provide a safe and pleasant environment where learning and teaching can take place. We have designed and renovated many educational and institutional facilities for kindergarten through high school that meet the needs of public and private school students, parents, faculty, and administrations.
 
CEC has designed new schools, additions and renovations to existing schools, transportation/bus maintenance facilities as well as infrastructure improvements. Our experience also includes designs on higher educational campuses such as the University of Texas at San Antonio and various Alamo Community College District locations. CEC stands ready to continue improving the quality of education through better facilities with thoughtful civil engineering and surveying services.

CEC currently provides planning, coordination, remediation measures, civil design and construction services for the IDIQ contract at the Main and Downtown UTSA Campuses.  Projects range from relatively small projects to larger and more dynamic ones and include some unique characteristics.
